He was selected as a participant for Blue Lock project like all the other 300 participants and became a member of Team Z for the First Selection. He came to Blue Lock to have fun and to play soccer with "monsters" that he can rivals with. But later on he changes his mind and decides to be the best striker in the world like Isagi.
