Microsoft restores ability to upload custom Xbox gamerpics

After opting to deactivate the ability to upload custom gamerpics back in March, Microsoft has now restored the ability for all Xbox players.

So my project scorpio controller died. I sent it back expecting a standard one back and got a new scorpio edition. Thanks MS : r/xboxone
